I'm not trying to transfer them, just put them in my wallet.
The email from the ticket office says to log in on the website via mobile and they should be there under upcoming events, but I don't have an upcoming events section. It also tells me I am not using mobile for some reason.
The BYU app (which I normally use) is giving me an error when I try to manage my tickets from there as well.
Ticket office phone number is just saying they are closed.
I have the confirmation email with my seat sections and numbers, so I know I got them.
