The Fukushima Tsunami videos are among the most horrific videos I’ve watched,
But I wonder if there was no alarm or if those people that you see walking and driving just ignored the tsunami warning.
Like the guy walking on the bridge in this video. You have a balcony of people filming, they knew it was coming, yet s/he was over the bay on a bridge.
The cars driving where you know death is imminent. Did they ignore the warning or heed it?
This month is 20 years since the Sumatra Tsunami, BTW
