Just a reminder that we didn’t get AJ because of our deep pockets. I’m sure

every other blue blood would’ve paid the $5 million to land him. We know that Kansas, UNC, and Alabama already did match that. He chose us because he preferred Kevin Young and BYU to any other option and felt we were best qualified to help him achieve his dream of being an NBA hall of famer. Getting tired of hearing this narrative that Ryan Smith bought him. He bought into Kevin Young and BYU.
