In my mind, this is a tough call because Saunders seems to be the most prolific and consistent scorer and brings energy and will to win to the team. He also is versatile in that he can hit the 3 consistently and is great at attacking the basket. He also provides great energy on the defensive side of the ball as well. Retaining Saunders also was key to keeping the dam from breaking when Pope left. On the flip side, Catchings has shown flashes of a very high potential and was a key part of opening the door to another level of recruiting at BYU. There is a possibility that Catchings will be playing at a different level at the end of the year than he is now as well.
