I wasn't around for the 80s, and I was in Kindergarten in '96. I only really started to follow BYU football in around 2005 and this has been, by far, the most fun season I've had the pleasure to watch.

Were there some letdowns? Certainly. But what we've accomplished this season has been SO awesome for those of us who aren't yet ready to retire. I love the direction this program is going. Maybe it's easier for me to swallow the Kansas and ASU losses because I haven't seen the heights that many of you older than me have, but this has been a treat for me and I'll remember this as a GREAT season regardless of how it ended!

Hopefully this is the foundation for a new Golden Era of BYU football!
