So, for many years I have brought an older fire stick with me on travel. For years, you plug it into the LG-hijack box on the TV, and select the option, usually under Internet TV for HDMI direct.

The last two hotels haven't had that option anymore.

Did they update the LG-hijack boxes to take away that feature?

Or am I having bad luck at two hotels in a row?
