Was curious what the win percentage is for teams that were trailing but put the game into OT. Sure feels like they ride that momentum to a win a lot more often than not.

Per this site, the last team to score in regulation wins 56% of the time in OT, but that's for the NBA — I wonder if CBB teams are more susceptible to issues of momentum. I also don't know to what extent NBA and CBB differ in rates of fouling out, which could play a role.
