At least to the degree that we need to be firing our OC or replacing our QB? Seems absurd after the season and improvement we saw.
We only have cause for optimism on offense. I'm just talking offense here because it seems to come under fire. Defense should be good too.
But we have an OC that's not going anywhere from a 10-2 team.
And we have a QB now in his 3rd year with the program that went 10-2 and has plenty of film to examine. And he's proven he's one that works on it.
And we have a great QB and RB room, with a "good" OL (from what I can tell). Here are some of the details:

Returning WRs:
Cody Epps
Chase Roberts
Keelan Marion
Jojo Phillips
Parker Kingston
And others with talent but less experience. I'd say that's a pretty great collection of talent at the WR spot we'd be very happy with in most other years.
Returning RBs:
LJ Martin
Miles Davis
Enoch Nawahine
Sione I Moa
And others with talent but less experience. I'd say that's a pretty great collection of talent at the RB spot we'd be happy with in most other years.
Returning OL:
Jake Eichhorn
Weylin Lapuaho
Sam Dawe
Kaden Chidester
Bruce Mitchell
I'm not as familiar with the O-line but that seems like a pretty good start too.
That, combined with a QB starter that was 10-2 this year and I'd say we're in good shape. I don't understand the "fire the coaches" or "bench the starters" or "the sky is falling" on offense talk.
