I have no love for the Raiders, but they were screwed on that last call.
Watch the top official blow the play dead, then signal the play was dead and then signal a false start.
Somehow the refs got together and decided the first official who threw a flag was wrong and completely ignored the fact that he blew his whistle.
The sad thing is that penalty is 100% his call. Yet for some reason he was overruled.
