Narrative that turkey needs to be cooked to 165 degrees. Many recipes online call for this and it’s based on incorrect interpretation of safe food handling guidelines. Pathogens are all killed within a couple minutes with a temp at 150. Cooking turkey breast over 150 just leads to dry turkey.
You also don’t need to cook turkey at low temps to control temp and prevent overcooking.
