It is a step up for a coordinator at a fair to middling programs (to HC), probably. But how is it a destination that Bronco or Jay Hill would find attractive?

I can see it as a chance to prove an unproven but promising coach. But how is it the big stage a qualified candidate (proven) like those two would even consider?
