5. Fantastic cuisine at all price points.

6. Clean and safe.

7. A Muslim country with the flair but not the uncomfortable restrictions.

8. Most of the population is not local. 3.5 MM with only 300,000 locals in the entire emirate of Dubai.

9. English is widely spoken though they appreciate some words or phrases in Arabic.

10. Would be great to combine with Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
