This is how the committee should be constituted
No committee chair
Consist of only ADs
3 from each conference (all conferences, yes)
They meet and debate each week
They vote
Their votes are public for all to see
No AD can serve on the committee more than one year in 3 (smallest number of teams a conf can have is 9)
