There’s really no other way around it
At this point: USA has to go to either tickets or fines for blocking the passing lane. Its an epidemic.
It causes accidents, it causes traffic, it undermines billions of dollars in infrastructure for expanding lanes and it just plain wastes peoples lives.
The American people have to be trained on how to drive they ain’t gonna do it themselves.
