It’s a shame that the 2 of the most beneficial leg exercises are the most
awkward. I’ve finally gotten over my pride with hip thrusts but the hip abduction machine is a bridge too far.
Good on any of you that do it with pride. But shame on you if you make eye contact with anybody.
