But more, he already has a level of accountability now, relationships and responsibilities that are more friendly for his health situation, and why add the stress of being HC if he doesn't have to. If his defenses continue to perform, he will be looked at again and again.
Heart attacks are serious stuff. Most docs would tell a person with a heart attack to step away from work for a short time, not just 'move to the box'. Sure, it might have been a small thing, but small things often lead to bigger things.
