That's how he can improve his accuracy and consistency. When it is crunch time, he seems to just let it rip and go back to instinct, which leads to errant passes.
If he can improve his mechanics (and hopefully change his launch point) he could take the next step.

Right now he is a good leader, but only an average/above average QB.
