Americas - It'd been assumed for a generation that the first humans came to America via the land bridge 10,000 to 13,000 years ago. Southeast Asia - It also appears they migrated out of Africa and into SE Asia far sooner than originally thought. There is evidence of homo sapiens in SE Asia 86,000 years ago.
