I really like being a BYU fan right now. I don’t like losing, but the fact that we will likely end up tied for first place in a major conference with the preseason expectations we had is really enjoyable. The fact that the games have all been entertaining, the stadium full beyond capacity, the story lines we have had, caring about scores from conference mates, being in the same conference as Utah, and being mentioned in the playoffs, among other things, has increased my joy of being a byu fan.

I’m usually in a pretty sour mood after a day like today, but for some reason, I’m just grateful to be in the position that we are, all things considered.
