One of the gifts for the family (if I'm being honest, it's for me) is a subwoofer to add to our small home theater setup. I found a good deal on two subs I want and I will probably buy one of them today. This means they will be shipped and arrive most likely before Thanksgiving, which would be a perfect time to watch some movies with the family. It feels wrong to use a Christmas gift this early though, especially when it's not something like a trip or concert tickets where you have to go on a specific date.

So what says you, CB? Should I use it during thanksgiving or wait until Christmas to "open" the gift?
