This quadrant ranking system is pretty cool (patterned after bball), wonder how

many years it takes til we see actual changes/modifications or if we just stick to a committee that has a lot of conflict of interest (even when they are excluded from discussion about their schools ranking, they can clearly influence the rankings of other schools that would help their schools ranking)

This one won't be controversial...@NDFootball tumbles four spots in the QPI rankings.
