USPS efficiency. You have to pay $1 to change your address. When I try to, it automatically changes Springs to Sprgs in
the form to fill out your payment info, and that causes the charge to be rejected because the billing address doesn't match. You can go back and continue to re-enter Saratoga Springs, but when it takes you to the next page to enter payment info, it always changes it to Saratoga Sprgs, and rejects the payment every single time because my billing address is Springs, not Sprgs. Ahhh, the efficiency of the USPS. There is literally nothing to do now except drive in to a post office in person.
