Brisket trimming: Anyone have a good knife you recommend?
I've always just used a small serrated knife, but it hasn't worked great. Since Christmas is coming, I'm interested in an upgrade.

I got this one a couple years ago and it’s been great. Definitely not as sharp after 2.5 years so I’ll buy another one
