What is with coaches playing injured QBs instead of capable backups??
Can we stop QBs when they are hurt or injured just because they have grit or toughness. That makes zero sense to me. Yet BYU played Riley Nelson like most the season with a broken back with a capable backup. BYU has played jaren Hall hurt when someone else should have played against Notre Dame. Now some are thinking that ratlaff was hurt and were playing him instead of GBo. Play the uninjured quarterback for crying out loud. Kudos to Retzlaff toughness but he should never have played injured, neither should have Nelson or Hall. Coaches need to grow a backbone and tell the injured player they can't play. Look how terrible Rising was, but whittingham kept him in all game long. I'll never understand this.
