Bouncing back could set a course for this team to be talked about for decades in the same sphere as the 1996 (or 1984?) season(s).

A loss could see this season spiral more into the range of 2021 where we saw some real positive things (went 5-0 against the PAC-#) but finished with a whimper (losing a lame bowl game to UAB).

Very grateful that anywhere on that spectrum is light years ahead of what we saw last season. But I believe this team will respond and fight their way into the ccg. Go cougs!
