The tree is probably 30-40 feet high, 3ish feet thick at the base, is about 1-2 feet from the house hangs over a house and is near powerlines/phonelines that run to the house roof. House roof is about as flat as you can find in Utah, can easily climb on the house and walk around.

Any suggestions on a good tree cutting company and fair prices?

Any guess at cost? 2K?
