Worse than a few select play calls was the entire offensive approach
First, I think ARod and this offense have had a great year so I’m not trying to be negative here. We got a bounce back.

I was at the game and it felt like there was a perpetual angst in the crowd almost like we excepting to be disappointed. (The end zone pick didn’t help 😂).

I think the team felt it. What I don’t understand is a 10min drive to start the second half, continually snapping with a few seconds on play clock—when the game was tied. Get the lead before you chew clock. Unleash the offense!

We did the same on the final drive, huddling after every play and winding down the clock. We left ourselves no margin of error. And way? Besides an opening drive the Kansas offense didn’t have another TD drive. Why not run a hurry up to get the lead and get the crowd into the game with some explosive plays—that would have changed the feeling. Then trust the defense…

If you want the players to play confidently send them that message. I think we’ll come out different vs ASU and get the win.
