It's stupid to say we control our destiny... seriously, every team does, so that doesn't mean anything.
Arod is perplexing. He can call a lights out game against a huge opponent, then crap the bed against a winnable team like Kansas.
We run up the middle for 7 yrds a carry at will, then insist on option and qb runs and move away from what's working.
Throw the dang ball downfield more.
Jake overthrew a guy that was wide open, was that the only time we could get a chance? No way, keep shooting.
I get Kalani is upset with the offense... we all are, but maybe a timeout on third or fourth down when you're in the redone with a minute left and the game on the line would have helped? We had two dang timeouts, surely we could have used one, we've used them in worse situations.
This team has over performed for sure this year, but this game was winnable and the team deserved it.
Kalani and his coaching staff have gotten us to this point, you have to give them props, but it was some simple things that could have kept this game in the bag for them.
It's hard to wrap my head around this loss.
