I’m bummed, but I’m not distraught.

I hate to pull out the “if you would have told me” cliché, but it’s true. BYU was not supposed to be where they are today. And the fact that we made it to 9-1, with a win over Utah and very much in the discussion for a conference championship and a playoff berth, is pretty special.

It’s our second year in the Big 12, and we’re way ahead of schedule. This season has been a blast, and I can’t wait to see how it ends.
