Let's say byu goes undefeated and loses conference championship game.
The last at large bid comes down to byu and Indiana. Indiana is 11-1 and byu is 12-1. Who gets the spot.
Personally I think if byu goes 12-0 they are in almost regardless of what happens in the conference championship game.
