I used to build websites in HTML back in the 90s but haven't done anything since. I'm trying to build a new informational business website on WordPress with BlueHost. For whatever reason, I'm really struggling to understand the UI and get it to do what I want. All I want is a simple, professional-looking website with these pages:

Home (with Hero video in background)
About
Testimonials
Careers (just a static page)
Contact

...and maybe a form the user fills out to have someone reach out. This should be super simple stuff, but somehow the UI and I don't understand each other. Should I get on Fiverr or something similar and just hire someone? Any suggestions?
