Kudos to the coaches for developing this kind of depth in only a couple of years. It's seriously amazing. And I don't want to hear Utah whine about how their season is toast because of injuries. They should have developed better.
- Utah has lost 2 QBs this year. If we had to dip into our 3rd string, it'd be McCae Hillstead, whom Scott Gerrard thought was the best QB on USU's roster and was really high on him. I'd be comfortable playing him for sure.
- Utah has lost 3 receivers to injuries or dismissal. If BYU lost 3 receivers, we'd be starting: Kingston, Marion, and Hagan. I'd be happy with that too.
- If we had to start our 3rd string RB ... it'd be Sione Moa.
- If we lost both of our safeties, we'd be playing Prassas and Damuni.
- If we lost both starting corners, we'd be playing Evan Johnson and Mory Bamba
- Keim goes down and Jatta comes in and is one of the highest rated players in the game.
- Pay goes down and Mitchell comes in the next game and is one of the highest rated players in the game
And on and on. All of the backups are names you'd recognize. The depth on this team is unreal.
