airport employee. They are having difficulty with an additional adult standing walker with wheels. Trying to figure out how to move both the woman in the wheelchair and the walker. I stop to help. Trying to find a way to make it possible. After 2 minutes the woman in the wheelchair asks why she has to take the walker. The employee says it’s part of your luggage and it’s yours. To which the woman in the wheelchair says it’s not hers. The employee looks at the luggage tag and sure enough it wasn’t hers. She had just grabbed it and now the family whom it belonged to couldn’t find it.
