Moral Turpitude or PR embarrassment clauses.
In many instances, highly paid employees have termination for cause clauses that can include a moral turpitude termination right by the employer, and it can also be expanded to include committing an act that disparages or brings in disrepute the employer. Until Harlan, the public hasn't seen an AD do anything worthy of even considering that clause, but if I were advising a university, I would insert it now that this event has occurred.
It would be called, you guessed it, "the Harlan Clause."
