59 seconds left in the game.
Utah did what they do about 10-15 times a game. You can see their D-line line up and do the "jerk-shift", twitch their arms, and shout out our cadence. Our OL moved and the refs threw the flag on BYU.
Retzlaff was ticked. Kalani was ticked and yelling at the refs to make the right call and not act like cowards.
Obviously, the refs wanted Utah to win. We earned it and deserved it, but the game was basically stolen from us. I almost didn't want to be in the BIG12 any more.
But then we just made a play. Won the game despite a missed call.
I can't help but think maybe there's a lesson I should learn from that.
