It was clearly a hold. Can't grab a recievers collar and jerk them down. Had it been just hand fighting it wouldn't have been called but it wasn't. Kudos to the ref for calling it. I hate it when refs swallow their whistle in basketball and allow the defense to maul someone. Same goes here
