From a leadership perspective, how do you help your AD fix this?
You need to display strength as the leader for the school, but also support your AD.
Your fans injured an opposing cheer coach, so the vitriol needs a reset.
Your head coach is throwing around chairs and chewing out officials well after the game.
Especially in light of your AD saying out loud he’s not happy to be in the Big 12.
