Utah is going to be fined, as is Harlan...
Texas was fined $250k for their fans throwing trash on the field. Utah fans also threw trash on the field, also had players going after the refs after the game, the AD going after the refs and Whittingham going after them.
Harlan will absolutely be fined, as will the University of Utah.
My guess is that Harlan will get a $20k fine and the University of Utah fined at least $150k
