The only downside for us (it is great for them) is that both will likely head out on a mission before enrolling. So it will likely be 3-4 years from now before you truly see what they can do in BYU blue (2 years for a mission and 1 for recovery).

From a program standpoint BYU moved up to #11 in the conference in 247 recruiting ranking and still has the lowest rated average recruit, but it is by fractions of points as opposed to over 1 like it was previously.

If BYU can close out the class like they did a year ago it will be the best recruiting class in a long time. I said BYU and Kalani needed to strike when the iron was hot and Saturday certainly did that!
