He along with the AD have invested resources and is now pitching BYUs disadvantages as positives, getting everyone to believe. Boosters are more committed than ever and he is getting top recruits in the door. All in a matter of months.

KY isn't outbidding everyone. BYU doesn't have unlimited NIL funds. He has developed a vision, is executing the vision, and he is getting everyone to believe. Still got to win the games, but simply saying BYU is spending money now is an inadequate analysis.
