Last year we lost in the trenches. This year we’re winning in the trenches. Ohio St. beat Penn St. today because they won in the trenches. Ohio St could run and Penn St. couldn’t. Simple as that. These are the dawgs we need to keep the program rolling and trending upward.

One concern would be with so many graduating OL this year, is it wise to rely on incoming true freshmen to start, even if they are highly recruited? Maybe, maybe not but Bruce Mitchell is doing pretty well in his first year starting at the most cerebral spot on the OL. Coach Woods deserves position coach of the year.
