What do you think would happen if patent law and IP Law weren't a thing?
Do you think it would kill innovation or would it just reduce the payoff for people that are inventing things? Things would get commoditized very quickly without this part of the law and the cost would go down very quickly, but would the world just be a lot further behind without these in some cases massive incentives to push innovation forward.

Would agencies like the FDA be pushed hard by companies to not allow others to produce their goods in order to still reap initial innovation and first mover profits? Would lobbyists have even more of a stranglehold on the pharmaceutical and food industries?
