Hi fellow CB members-I desperately need your help! My brother was in a single car accident in Utah and suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. Due to his TBI and mental limitations my brother in law has not worked since the accident and just advised me that he only has until February 5th to file a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the car he was driving as the airbags failed to deploy and there was an open recall at the time of the accident and when the brand new vehicle was sold to him. Since his TBI my brother struggles with time and today after reaching out to several attorneys discovered he was now almost out of time.
We need an attorney willing to help my incredible brother file a complaint by end of day February 5th.

My brother worked 80 hours a week at Workday and quickly climbed their corporate ladder. Aside from the TBI, orbital fracture and broken ribs he lost his job after his long term disability ran out, he also lost vision in both eyes and all of his teeth and is in constant pain. He has been to every TBI specialist in Utah and despite their best efforts and his-he has not progressed. My formerly gregarious good natured brother who seemed super human to me is now a recluse who is severely depressed, gets easily overstimulated and overwhelmed and is crippled with pain and anxiety as a result of the accident and TBI.

Some back story my brother and I lost our father at a young age and our mother never remarried. My brother started working at 13 every day after school to help support my mother and me and until the day of his accident -some 40 plus years later this support continued as my mother in law faced cancer multiple times, heart attacks and health crisis after crisis until she ultimately succumbed to cancer 3 years ago today. My brother and I are the only surviving members of our family and he has never married or had children. Terry-my brother is the most generous man, son, brother, uncle and human I know! He gives and gives and now he needs our help! I’m begging 🙏 anyone who is touched by this story and can help please respond. Nobody deserves what has happened to Terry but Terry least of all. There has to be someone who can help! I am happy to answer any questions but please know this is a highly time sensitive issue. I live in Idaho and he lives in Utah for clarity.
