For reference, Utah has scored 97 total points in conference (#15/16), and has given up 99 points in conference (#2).
BYU has the best offense Utah will have faced all season, and the 2nd best defense they've faced. Conversely, Utah has the best defense that BYU will face all regular season, but the worst offense BYU has faced all season.
While BYU has scored 30+ points against every team not named SMU, it's probably a bit much to expect BYU will score over 30 points against Utah unless their offense turns it over several times AND BYU doesn't turn it over themselves. That being said, Utah's likely only chance to score over 20 points against BYU is if BYU gives them a couple of short fields.
I think a 24-13 type score seems most likely. If BYU has a +2 turnover margin, then it could be something like 30-10. If Utah protects the ball and gets few turnovers themselves, maybe they pull off a 20-17 type of upset.
