In year 1, he has:

- Turned Etienne into a draft pick
- created Depth (very few teams would do as well as we have with a 3rd string center in)
- Improved run blocking game by game (6 ypc over the last 3 weeks - without retzlaff's stats)
- Consistently good pass blocking

With all the success this year, it feels almost like he has gone unnoticed.
