BYU can't shoot themselves in the foot. The Jake Heaps turnover game, the first half of the Vegas bowl, Curtis Brown dropping a pass on the first play of the game when nobody was within 10 yards of him...they get behind the eight ball and then they are playing catch up all game.

Utah will bring their very best game of the season, of that I have no doubt. Kyle will have them amped up and will have some surprises waiting. RES will be rocking and the Utah fans that show up will be highly motivated (and properly lubricated) and it will be an absolute dogfight. I hate when they play Utah.

Bronco never figured out how to manage the emotional aspect of this game. He'd try to downplay it all week and keep everyone calm and stoic and then when the adrenaline hit and the game started all the BYU players West Concoursed themselves. Hopefully Kalani has learned from the last game how to manage that part of it. This is going to be a fight.

Now if BYU can come out and put points on the board early it may deflate all things Utah. But they need to not go down early or do something dumb right away.
