1) Kyle gets his teams up for the rivalry game. He is a master motivator who will get them ready to play BYU. He will pull the underdog card.
2) Utah has a really good defense. Even though they have a .500 record. Their defense has kept them in every game. Jake needs to take care of the football and not have dumb turnovers that will give them life.
3) RES is a Lions den. BYU hasn’t won there in 18 years. It will be the toughest road environment BYU has played in this year.
4) excluding 2021, BYU has lost to or barely beat Utah when BYU was the better team on paper since 96.
