Looks like we would have to play in the first round and then be in the bracket that would play in the Rose Bowl in the second round right? So, the only scenario in which that would happen is if we lose in the conference championship. This would be because if we won the conference championship we'd get a first round bye but would likely not be in the Rose Bowl bracket because the Rose Bowl would go with a Big Ten team, right?
