The good news? BYU is ranked #2 in the country.

The bad news? Current national rankings look like this:

Three of the top four teams in the country are in the Big12. Oklahoma State may have the best cross-country team in NCAA history and could possible put five guys ahead of BYU’s #2. On top of this Texas Tech has two runners who could contend for an individual national championship.
