We have the Coaches Circle that pays for things like Kalani and his assistants and Kevin and his. They basically have an open checkbook now that byu is p4 and more money is being brought in
The support staff for both programs are paid out of revenue generated by the football team.
Then there are other sports. Many of these coaches also teach a class or two. They get paid out of the general fund byu professors get paid and out of the AD revenue. No coaches circles money gets allocated to them.
We still have coaches in sports being paid less than many high school and club equivalent coaches across America. That isn’t a good look for byu when offers are being made and they are 20-40% pay decreases.
Like it or not, but any division 1 p4 full time coach should not be making less than 75k at a minimum, regardless of sport. College sports and coaching are the pinnacle and the pay should reflect that
